Absolutely, When your order ships, you will receive an email notification to the email registered with your account. Goods are shipped within 7 days of the countdown clock completing its cycle.
Customer returns due to mis-shipping or damage in transport are processed by our Customer Care team by sending an email note to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the ORDER # as part of any Customer Care inquiry.

- All standard delivery orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre and typically arrive in 10-14 business days from shipping dependent upon distance from our U.S fulfilment centre. Upon successful order checkout you will receive an order confirmation email. In the rare event the item has reached our limited edition maximum, you will receive an email with contact information for followup
- You will also receive an update email or text when your package is "in transit to your city", "out for delivery" from your local shipping station as well as a "delivery confirmation" notification when your package is delivered to your address.
- YOU ARE PURCHASING A UNIQUE GARMENT THAT IS MADE TO ORDER. PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. IN THE EVENT AN ITEM GOES OUT OF STOCK BEFORE IT CAN BE ALLOCATED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE ORDER EMAIL NOTIFYING OF THE ITEM SOLD OUT STATUS DUE TO DEMAND. YOU WILL BE OFFERED THE OPTION TO RE-ALLOCATE YOUR ORDER TO ANOTHER GARMENT, A CREDIT OR REFUND IN FULL.

Returns are processed by sending a note to email@example.com. Please be sure to include the ORDER # for quick and expedient response by our Customer Care Team.

- Items bought with a gift card can not be returned for refund.
- Orders Received Damaged (pictures are required).
- Due to the Made to Order Limited Edition Nature of our Business, Correct Orders Received in Excellent
- Condition Are Not Eligible for Return.
- Return items require a return merchandise authorisation available through our firstname.lastname@example.org Customer Care Team.
- Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping cost is only paid for by The Bronx Ltd when the return is initiated due to a mistake by our fulfilment centre or damaged goods.
- Promotional items are non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
- Items received more than 20 days ago or prior.
- Items that were received in excellent condition.
- We accept returns for exchange for items damaged in transit.
- In the case of out of stock of return item a store credit will be issued.
- All qualifying items may be returned for in-store credit or exchange.
- Once your items are inspected upon return, you'll get your credit, typically within 24-48 hours in the form of an electronic store voucher.
